Deciding to take care of yourself physically, emotionally and spiritually is the first step toward living a life that feels meaningful and authentic. I help my psychotherapy, yoga and bodywork clients slow down and go within. You will feel heard. You will feel seen. You will feel cared for. And through our work together, you'll establish a deeper connection to yourself and to those you care about in your life.
I work with youth and families to help them understand that they matter. My grounded approach to therapy is designed to make you feel heard, seen and cared for.
Yoga is one of many paths inward. What starts as a physical connection to yourself can become something more emotional or spiritual. Using a playful, trauma-informed approach I work with individuals and groups of all ages as they begin and continue on this path.
